We don’t know who’s “grandma” came up with these. Jacki made these and they’re AWESOME! (And easy!) This recipe was kindly shared with us from Pam. Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 stick butter 1 cup flour 4 eggs 8 oz soft cream cheese 1 (12 oz) pkg Cool Whip 1 large vanilla instant pudding 1 can chocolate syrup In saucepan, boil water and butter. Add flour all at once. Stir until mixture cleans side of pan. Set aside to cool. Put mixture into mixing bowl and add one egg at a time, beating well after each egg. Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup sugar 1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.) Line muffin tins with cupcake liners. Mix first three ingredients (crumbs, sugar, butter) in a bowl and spoon 1-2 heaping teaspoons of the mixture into each muffin cup (you’ll probably have extra). Caramel Apple Cake

A quick and easy recipe that’s very tasty. Serve warm with ice cream. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk or half and half 2 cups sliced peeled cooking apples (about 2 medium apples) 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1 cup boiling water Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together Bisquick, sugar, and milk until blended. Pour into ungreased, 9 x 9 inch square pan. Top with apples; sprinkle with lemon juice. Brendan pirated and modified (aka simplified) this recipe from “Bananas Foster”, a famous recipe from a restaurant called “Brennan’s” in New Orleans. Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, sliced into rounds 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup spiced rum Cinnamon Ice cream Melt butter over medium high heat in a frying pan.
