Submitted by Nicki, adapted from Love From the Oven. Makes 36 cookies Ingredients: Directions: Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with standing mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Gradually beat dry ingredients into butter mixture until blended. Stir in desired mix ins. Cover and chill for at least 60 minutes and up to 24 hours. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Contributed by Anita Ingredients: Saltine crackers 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter Semi-sweet chocolate chips, as much as desired Chopped nuts (optional) Line a 9 x 13 cake pan with foil. Arrange one layer of saltines in bottom of pan. Put brown sugar and butter in a small sauce pan. Mix and bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring constantly. Captain Crunch Cookies

Contributed by Mom & Dad Ingredients: 3 lbs white chocolate 1 cup peanuts 1 cup cashews 2 cups Captain Crunch cereal 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal 2 cups mini marshmallows 2 cups peanut butter Melt the white chocolate and add the peanut butter. Nancy’s Special Fudge

Contributed by Mom & Dad Ingredients: Put butter in large non-stick pan. Melt butter and allow it to bubble until a light golden brown (do not let it burn!). Add sugar, milk, and salt. Bring it to a full boil and boil for 5 1/2 minutes. Put broken Bakers chocolate and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Pour the boiled mixture into the bowl and stir until all ingredients are melted and blended. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla, and nuts. Pour fudge into buttered pans.
