Contributed by Paula & Al Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs green beans, washed & trimmed 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dark sesame oil 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper Sea salt, to taste 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds Steam green beans covered in 1/2-inch boiling water for 2 minutes. Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients: Broccoli florets Olive oil Salt & Pepper or Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fill a greased jelly roll pan with broccoli florets. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup butter                                                        1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 box Crispix cereal                                      1+ cup nuts of choice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter & brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.  While that’s working, pour cereal directly on a greased baking sheet. Add nuts. Spinach Dip

Ingredients: 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 1/2 cup sour cream                                               1 cup mayo 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix               3 green onions, chopped 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained & chopped Stir all ingredients until well mixed. French Onion Dip

If you use sour cream & it ends up getting a little thick, just thin it out with some milk. Ingredients: 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt 3 Tbsp dried onions 1 tsp onion powder                                      1 tsp parsley flakes 1/2 tsp celery seed                                       3/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper                                                Dash of Worcestershire      Stir ingredients together in a bowl.
