Strawberry Delight

From Anita Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup water, boiling 1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jell-O 1 (16 oz) pkg strawberries 1 tsp sugar 1 (16 oz) pkg Cool Whip 1 Angel Food cake, cut into pieces Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in strawberries and sugar. Cool until thickened but not totally set. Fold in the Cool Whip. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan with 1/2 of the angel food cake and top with 1/2 of the strawberry mixture. Repeat with the remaining cake and strawberry mixture. Caramel Apple Cake

A quick and easy recipe that’s very tasty. Serve warm with ice cream. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk or half and half 2 cups sliced peeled cooking apples (about 2 medium apples) 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1 cup boiling water Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together Bisquick, sugar, and milk until blended. Pour into ungreased, 9 x 9 inch square pan. Top with apples; sprinkle with lemon juice.
