This is a wonderful cake to have with fresh berries!

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cup milk
• 10 Tbsp butter

In mixing bowl, beat eggs at high speed until thick about 5 minutes. Gradually add the sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Combine flour and baking powder, add to the batter with vanilla and beat low speed until smooth. In saucepan, heat milk and butter just until butter melts. Add to batter, beat until combined. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
