Who knew this recipe had nuts in it?! ☺

Ingredients:

• 1 box 2-layer yellow cake mix
• 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 2/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans, optional, obviously ☺
• Cinnamon sugar, 1/8-1/4 cup worth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat first 6 ingredients for 3 minutes or until well blended. Add brown sugar, break up clumps, mix well. Stir in nuts, if you want to ruin it.

Spray bundt pan VERY well, pour in cinnamon sugar & turn pan to coat all sides. Do this right before you add the batter. Add batter.

Bake 1 hour-ish, I start checking at about 45 min. Bake til toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan on wire rack for 15 minutes.

Loosen cake from all sides of pan & invert onto plate. Cool completely.
