Just found it earlier this year and made them for Rae’s baby shower. Pudding Chip Cookies

Rae’s favorite chocolate chip cookies. Of course she adds only half the chips and leaves out the nuts (go figure). I think they’re MUCH better with ALL of the ingredients added! Ingredients: 3 1/3 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cup butter 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 pkg (6 oz) vanilla instant pudding (chocolate is also good!) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 3 cups chocolate chips 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) Mix flour with baking soda. Baked Apples

From “Cooking Live: Primetime with Sarah Moulton” Ingredients: 4 Gala, Golden Delicious, or Granny Smith apples 3 Tbsp soft butter 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional) Keeping the apples whole, use a melon-baller to scoop the core out of the apples. Mix all ingredients from butter to pecans in a small bowl and stuff into apples. Place apples into a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25-40 minutes, basting frequently. Serve with ice cream. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup butter                                                        1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 box Crispix cereal                                      1+ cup nuts of choice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter & brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.  While that’s working, pour cereal directly on a greased baking sheet. Add nuts.
