I’m told Barb made some tasty breakfast casseroles for Nicki’s Bridal Shower. When I asked her to share a couple of them, this is one she sent my way.

Ingredients:

• 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
• 2 cups shredded cheese blend
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 8 oz pkg brown & serve sausage links, thawed & chopped
• 6 eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper

Preheat oven 400. Lightly coat 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Press crescent rolls into the bottom of the pan. Place sausage & cheese on top of dough. Mix all other ingredients & pour over sausage & cheese. It is also great with sautéed veggies or crumbled bacon. Bake 20-25 min. Let cool 5 min before cutting.
