Caramel Pear Upside-Down Cake

From Pillsbury; Best of the Bake-Off Cookbook Ingredients: 1 (29 oz) can pear halves, drained, reserving 1/2 cup liquid 28 vanilla caramels, unwrapped 2 Tbsp margarine or butter 1 (1 lb 2.5 oz) pkg pudding included yellow cake mix 1 cup water 1/3 cup oil 3 eggs Whipped cream Heath bar, crumbled Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peach Sherbet

Contributed by Rachel & Brendan You can substitute any frozen fruit. Noel & Rachel enjoy either frozen strawberries or frozen mangoes. Ingredients: 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 5-6 large ripe peaches, peeled, sliced & frozen Peel fresh peaches over a parchment paper lined baking sheet to catch the juice. Slice the peaches & freeze (and any accumulated juice) in a single layer on the parchment lined baking sheet until frozen, about 4 hours. Add the peaches & sweetened condensed milk to a blender.
