From Cooking Light Magazine Ingredients: 2 Tbsp minced shallots (we use green onions) 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried thyme 3 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets about 1 inch thick Prepare grill or broiler.
