Messy and scrumptious! You can use any flavor ice cream that you desire.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups rice cereal
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate
• 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
• 1 pint ice cream, softened

Put cereal in big bowl. Melt chocolate on low in saucepan. Add peanut butter. Pour over the cereal & stir to coat. In a buttered 8 x 8 pan, press 1/2 of cereal mixture in the bottom of the pan. Spread the ice cream on top of this (so, you want the ice cream soft but not melted). Add the last 1/2 of cereal mixture on top of ice cream. Do your best. It will be delightful no matter what.
