Fiesta Chicken Crockpot Meal

Contributed by Nicki & Cam Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts (frozen or raw) 1 pkg Fiesta Ranch dip mix (by salad dressings) 1 can black beans 1 can Rotel 1 can corn 1 block cream cheese Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Do not drain canned goods. Cook in slow cooker (high: 4 hours; low: 6 hours). Shred chicken with forks. Serve over rice, on tortillas, or as a taco salad. Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
