Banana Cream Bars

Contributed by Anita Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 8 oz sour cream 2 large bananas (mashed) 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour Chopped nuts (optional) Mix ingredients in the order listed above. Put in greased and floured 10 x 15 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Done when a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting. Ingredients: 2 cups sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup sour cream 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 5 cups flour Cream together the sugar and butter, then add the sour cream and blend. Butterfinger Bars

Cream together: 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar Blend the following into sugar mixture: 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2/3 cup peanut butter Mix into above mixture: 2 cups flour 2 cups oatmeal Spread into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
