Contributed by Anita Ingredients: 3/4 cup red wine (cheap Burgundy is fine) 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary 1/2 tsp marjoram 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/4 cup water 4-6 lbs rib roast, thawed Combine all but the roast in a mixing bowl. Contributed by Anita Ingredients: Ham 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup orange juice 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/8 cup water Bake ham according to directions. In meantime, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and orange juice in a sauce pan. Heat slowly. Add cornstarch and water until thickened. 30 minutes before ham is done, remove from the oven. Contributed by Angie Ingredients: 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup picante sauce 2 tsp chili powder 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 10 flour tortillas, warmed 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 green onion, sliced Mix soup, sour cream, picante sauce, and chili powder. Contributed by Annette Ingredients: 4-5 chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 2 cans green chilis 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 dozen corn tortillas 1 small can sliced black olives (optional) Boil chicken, let cool and shred.
