I got this recipe from Pam who I believe got it from Rachel who I believe got it from some Weight Watchers source!

Ingredients:

• 1 box of cake mix, whatever is your favorite (we use chocolate)
• 1 (14 oz) can pumpkin puree
• 1 egg

Beat all ingredients together. Put in the cupcake papers in your muffin tins and cook as directed on the cake mix box for cupcakes. They don’t have to have frosting on them, however it does add a little “oooo laaaa laaaa”!
