Sesame Green Beans

Contributed by Paula & Al Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs green beans, washed & trimmed 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dark sesame oil 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper Sea salt, to taste 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds Steam green beans covered in 1/2-inch boiling water for 2 minutes. Roasted Broccoli

Contributed by Paula & Al This is the only way I can get all 3 of our boys to eat broccoli. Ingredients: Broccoli florets Olive oil Salt & Pepper or Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fill a greased jelly roll pan with broccoli florets. Easy Baked Frittata
