Barbecue Roasted Salmon

From Cooking Light Rae’s favorite salmon recipe!!!! Ingredients: 1/4 cup pineapple juice 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets 2 Tbsp brown sugar 4 tsp chili powder 2 tsp grated lemon rind 3/4 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Cooking spray Lemon slices (optional) Combine pineapple and lemon juices in a ziploc bag and add salmon. Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs flank steak 1/3 cup olive oil 3 limes, juiced 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 jalapeno, diced 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp chili powder Salt & Pepper, to taste Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
