Lacy Oatmeal Cookies

This recipe comes from the Mrs. Fields Best Cookie Book Ever, so you know they’re good! They’re not like what you think of when you think “oatmeal cookies”. They’re buttery, chewy, lacy cookies that are VERY addictive. Be careful when you spoon the dough onto a cookie sheet as they tend to flatten out and spread quite a bit. You could end up with one really big cookie (which may or may not be a bad thing…)! Snicker Peanut Butter Cookies

Contributed by Anita Ingredients: 2 sticks softened butter 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 pkg Snickers miniatures Combine butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Then mix in flour, salt, and baking soda. Cover and chill 2-3 hours. Divide dough into 1 Tbsp pieces and flatten. Wrap around a Snickers bar and seal.
