Sticky Tamarind Chicken with Crisp Lettuce

Contributed by Matt (Adapted from Paul Prudhomme and various other recipes) Ingredients: 1/2 lbs Smoked Kielbasa (because Poland), cut into 1/2″  half discs 1 lb.
